TestFlow: Android Closed Testing & QA Community ("TestFlow") is a mobile platform developed and published by Kulaswan Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TestFlow on your Android device.

TestFlow connects independent developers and testers to mutually meet Google Play's 14-day / 20-tester closed testing guidelines and facilitate actionable QA bug bounties.

2. Information We Collect

To operate our reciprocal testing rooms and bounty program, we collect:

• Account details: Your name, email address, and profile photo when you choose to sign in.
• Testing information: Test dates, activity, and screenshots you choose to upload as proof.
• Bug reports: The details, steps, device information, and screenshots you choose to include in a report.
• Notifications: Information needed to send app notifications, if you allow them.
• Reward information: Your in-app reward balance and, if you request a payout, the payment details you choose to provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run your account, organize testing activities, review the screenshots or bug reports you submit, send notifications you allow, and manage rewards or requested payouts. Information you submit for an app test may be shown to that app's developer so they can verify the test or review your report.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers or unrelated parties. We use service providers to operate TestFlow and store information you submit; they may handle that information only to provide those services for us.

4. Storage and Security

Information you submit is stored for the purpose of providing TestFlow. We take reasonable steps to protect it and limit access to people who need it to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

TestFlow adheres fully to Google Play's Account Deletion Policy. We provide an immediate, self-service account deletion process:

• How to delete: In the TestFlow app, tap your Profile Sheet > select "Delete Account" > confirm the deletion prompt.
• What is erased: Your account details and associated apps, test logs, bug reports, and uploaded media are deleted as part of the account deletion process, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.
• Deletion may take some time to complete across systems used to operate the service.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers or unrelated parties. Information may be made available to the app developer connected to a test when needed to verify your testing activity or review a report you submit. Service providers may store or process information on our behalf only to help us operate TestFlow.
